          In reference to Memorandum from BFP Regional Headquarters 4A dated March 30, 2012, LIPA CITY Fire Station and BATANGAS CITY Fire Station are directed to make appropriate coordination with proper authority for the deployment of BFP personnel amd equipment along Petron Star Tollway and PPA respectively in line with the expected influx of commuters and motorists from CALABARZON area on April 4 and 9, 2012 (8:00am to 5:00pm respectively).

          SUBMIT After Activity Report NLT April 2012 in hard and soft copy.

EARTH HOUR 2012

     In reference to Memorandum from BFP Regional Headquarters 4A dated March 30, 2012, All City/ Municiapl Fire Marshals, Officers-in-Charge Batangas BFPwide are hereby enjoined to take part in the celebration of Earth Hour 2012 this coming March 31, 2012 by performing the following activities:

a.  Switching off signages and/or major lights in offices, homes and facilities from 8:30-9:30 in the morning of March 31, 2012.

b.  Organizing Earth Hour events in their community/ locality to widen the reach of the community.

c.  Promote Earth Hour 2012 utilizing various communications channel.

d.  Participating in this year's activities and events listed in the Philippine Earth DAy Narional Registry of events (http://www.earthdayphilippines.org/), and

e.  Using of Earth Day Logo for poster and other IEC materials.

          Congratulations to Mr. Ryan Evan S. DILG Sec Jesse M Robredo visits Batangas Province

This date, the DILG Secretary Jesse M Robredo visited the province of Batangas in view of the inauguration of the new Batangas City Convention Hall.

The said convention hall can be found just behind the Batangas City Fire Station.

The Officers and Men of the Batangas Bureau of Fire Protection joined to meet the arrival of the Honorable Secretary at Camp Malvar, Batangas City.  Secretary Robredo arrived by means of a helicopter.

Meeting with 3rd and 4th District Fire Marshals

The Batangas BFP Provincial Director conducted meeting with the 3rd and 4th District City and Municipal Fire Marshals in the Office of the Provincial Director, Barangay Taysan, San Jose, Batangas last March 5, 2012.

Topics discussed were Daily Consumption Reports, Leave Cards and Service Cards as well as the new and revised SALN 2012.
