Emergency Meeting

The Provincial Director, SUPT IRENEO P PALICPIC MPA DSC BFP, conducted Emergency Meeting this April 23, 2012 to all City/ Municipal Fire Marshals, Officers-in-Charge, and Fire Prevention Officers Batangas BFPwide.  The meeting was held at Lipa Grill, P. Torres St, Lipa City.

Topics discussed were E-Reporting, Real-Time Fire Code Fees Collection reporting, the use of SKYPE, and other matters.

CSUPT NIMFA D CUARTEL awarded Essay-Writing Contest Winner

This April 20, 2012, CSUPT NIMFA D CUARTEL awarded Mr. Ryan Evan S. Gonzales of Jose Lopez Manzano Tuy National High School, resident of 129 Mataywanac, Tuy, Batangas, for having the 2nd Placer (National Level) for his entry "APOY ng KALIGTASAN" (Essay-Writing Contest) in this year's theme "Makiisa, Makialam, at Makipagtulungan upang Sunog ay Maiwasan".

BFPR4A Emergency Meeting

CSUPT NIMFA D CUARTEL, BFP Regional Director, conducted Emergency Meeting to all Provincial Directors CALABARZONwide.

In this meeting dated April 20, 2011, CSUPT CUARTEL addressed all Provincial Directors to strengthen the Fire Code Fees Collection for 2012.  Discussed also were comparisons between collections of CY 2011 and 2012.

The use SKYPE and other means of communications via internet were also emphasized.

Reiterating the Supplemental Guidelines on Internal Policy for Leave Abroad

Special Emergency Leave affected by Natural Calamities/ Disasters

In reference to Memorandum Circular Nr 2 series 2012, from CSC Chairman Francisco Duque III, dated February 16, 2012, a five (5) day Sspecial Emergency Leave shall be granted to government employees directly affected by natural calamities/ disasters.

Said Special Emergency Leave can be applied for five (5) straight working days or on staggered basis and WILL NOT BE DEDUCTED from employees leave credits.

The leave shall be applied within thirty (30) days from the first day of calamity declaration by proper government agencies/ authorities.

Note:
Affected employees whose leave credits were previously deducted may request for restoration thereof, subject to the approval of head of office.

Batangas BFP with PNP on SUMVAC 2012

Last Friday dated March 16, 2012, the Batangas BFP Provincial Director, with SFO1 Mario Neil A Aranda (photographer) and FO2 Emilio A Batac, attended meeting with Batangas PNP at Camp Malvar, Batangas City regarding strategic actions to be taken on SUMVAC 2012.
