Command Conference




This date, SUPT IRENEO P PALICPIC, Batangas BFP Provincial Director, conducted Command Conference to all City/ Municipal Fire Marshals/ Officers-in-Charge and Fire Prevention Officers provincewide.

Topics discussed were Memorandum passed by the Department of Interior and local Government in relation to the Fire Code of the Philippines (RA9514), Memorandum from the Provincial Governor as well as the issues and concerns of the province in behalf of the Bureau.

Also discussed were different sections as to Admin matters, Operational matters, and Logistical matters.

COURTESY CALL



This date, the officers and men of the Batangas Bureau of Fire Protection spearheaded by the Batangas BFP Provincial Director, SUPT IRENEO P PALICPIC, MPA, DSC, BFP conducted New Year's Courtesy Call for CSUPT ARIEL A BARRAYUGA, CESO IV, BFP, the Regional Director, BFP CALABARZON.

Highlights and accomplishment region-wide were presented during the event.

BFP officers and men of other provinces are also present.

Vehicular Accident at KM98, Brgy Quilo, Ibaan, Batangas

On or about 1230 pm of January 2, 2011, a vehicular accident occurred at KM98, Brgy Quilo, Ibaan, Batangas. Fire truck of Lipa City Fire Station presently deployed at PETRON STARTOLLWAY, Lipa City that time and date received the call and upon confirmation, proceeded immediately headed by SRINSP VON FERDINAND S NICASIO BFP. BFP Personnel of Batangas City Fire Station with CINSP GERANNDIE S AGONOS BFP as well as BFP personnel of Ibaan Fire Station and San Jose Fire Station also responded the scene.

SUPT IRENEO P PALICPIC, the Batangas BFP Provincial Director, with OPD Personnel arrived thereafter.

GASAT transit bus with plate nr TYK-287 collided with a passenger jeep and a government vehicle with plate numbers PET-814 and SFB-447 respectively.

Seven (7) casualties were reported with four (4) injuries.

EMS from Batangas City Fire Station, Red-Cross Batangas Chapter, ERA-BER and Lipa City Fire Volunteers were also present along with ambulances within batangas province.
